Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use the Wearlio app or wearlio.store, or order from us. By doing so you agree to them, and to our privacy policy and refund policy, which are part of them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Wearlio. You must be at least 13 to use the app, and old enough to make a binding purchase where you live (or have a parent or guardian’s permission) to order.
What Wearlio is
Wearlio lets you design clothing on your phone and order it printed on demand. Each item is made only after you order it, by our fulfilment partner, and shipped to you. Your account is your email address — entered when you start, or confirmed through Google — and it keeps your designs and orders across phones. Give an email you own. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
Your designs and content rules
Your designs stay yours. You keep every right you have in the text, photos and artwork you add. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display them only as needed to run the app, show you proofs, and print and ship your orders. We don’t use your designs to advertise or sell to anyone else.
You promise that anything you upload or order:
- is yours, or you have permission to use it — no other people’s logos, brands, characters, artwork or photos without their consent;
- doesn’t use a real person’s name or likeness in a way they haven’t agreed to;
- isn’t illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or promoting harm, and doesn’t sexualise minors in any way.
We may review designs sent for printing, and we may refuse, hold or cancel an order, or remove content, that we reasonably believe breaks these rules — refunding any order we cancel. If you believe a design on Wearlio infringes your rights, email [email protected] with details and we will look into it promptly.
You are responsible for claims arising from content you upload. Designs from our built-in library may be used on items you order from Wearlio; they are licensed to us for that purpose and aren’t yours to extract or reuse elsewhere.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars in the app, with shipping and any applicable taxes shown before you pay. Payment is taken by PayPal. Your order is a request to buy; it is accepted when payment is captured and we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example for a pricing error, an unavailable garment, or a design that breaks our content rules — and if we do, we refund you in full.
Check your proof before you pay. We print what your proof shows: spelling, image quality and placement in your design are your responsibility. Natural differences in colour and print between fabrics are described in our refund policy and aren’t defects.
Production and shipping
Production and delivery times shown in the app are estimates, not guarantees. Make sure your delivery address is correct: we can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an address you entered incorrectly. You may be responsible for any import duties or taxes your country charges. Tracking updates appear in the app once your order ships.
Returns and refunds
Because every item is custom-made, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. We reprint or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong, if you tell us within 14 days of delivery. The details are in our refund policy.
Using the app
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Wearlio app. Don’t misuse it: no reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with the service, getting around its limits, or using it to break the law. The Wearlio name, logo, mascot and app are ours; these terms don’t give you rights in them.
We are always improving Wearlio, and may change or stop features. If you install the Android app from an APK, download it only from wearlio.store.
Disclaimers and liability
We work hard to keep Wearlio running and your orders right, but the app is provided “as is”, and we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, or any rights you have as a consumer that can’t be excluded.
Ending your use
You can stop using Wearlio and delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete account) — see the privacy policy for what that removes. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Orders already paid for will still be fulfilled or refunded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; we’ll change the date at the top and tell you in the app if a change is significant. Continuing to use Wearlio after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: [email protected].
