The short version
Everything you order from Wearlio is printed just for you, from your own design. We can’t resell it, so we can’t take it back because you changed your mind.
We will reprint or refund your item if it arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered — as long as you tell us within 14 days of delivery, with a photo.
What we’ll fix
Contact us and we will reprint the item at no cost, or refund it if you prefer, when:
- it arrived damaged — torn, stained, holed, or with a broken seam;
- the print is defective — peeling, cracked, smudged, or visibly incomplete when it arrives;
- it was printed wrongly — not the design shown in your proof, or clearly misplaced;
- you received the wrong garment, colour or size compared with your order;
- the parcel never arrived and the carrier confirms it is lost.
What isn’t covered
Because each item is custom-made, we can’t accept returns or give refunds for:
- a change of mind, or no longer wanting the item;
- choosing the wrong size or colour — please check the size details before ordering;
- mistakes in your own design — spelling, low-resolution photos, or artwork you placed differently from what you intended. The proof you approve is what we print;
- the natural print and colour variation described below;
- a delivery address entered incorrectly at checkout;
- wear and tear, or damage from washing that didn’t follow the care label.
Print and colour: what to expect
Your design is printed onto real fabric, not a screen, and the result depends on the garment. None of the following is a defect:
- Fabric changes the look. Cotton, blends, fleece and heathered fabrics take ink differently. Prints on textured or heathered fabric can look softer or slightly grainy; on dark garments, colours can look a little less bright than on light ones.
- Screens aren’t ink. Your phone shows colour with light; the print uses ink. Expect some difference in brightness and shade, especially for neon, very saturated or very dark colours.
- Placement can vary slightly. Each garment is positioned by hand, so the print can sit up to about 2.5 cm (1 inch) from where the proof shows it.
- Photos print as well as they’re sharp. A small or blurry photo will look small or blurry on the shirt, however good the fabric.
- The proof is a preview. It shows your design’s size, position and colours on the garment; it is a flat image and doesn’t show fabric texture.
How to report a problem
Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with:
- your order number (it’s in the app, under Profile → Orders);
- clear photos of the problem, and of the whole item;
- a photo of the shipping label, if the parcel was damaged.
We’ll reply within 3 business days. You don’t need to send the item back unless we ask. Please keep it, and its packaging, until your claim is settled.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal, normally within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank. If we reprint instead, the replacement ships at no cost to you.
Cancelling an order
Orders go into production shortly after payment, so we can’t promise to cancel one. If you need to, email us straight away: if printing hasn’t started, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has, the order can’t be cancelled.
If we can’t fulfil an order — for example because a garment is out of stock, or a design can’t be printed under our content rules — we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country that can’t be excluded. In many places, items made to a customer’s own specification are exempt from cancellation and return rights; where your law gives you more, it applies. Questions: [email protected].
